You'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling calls and emails while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and responding to emails
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Resolving queries and offering support with a positive attitude
Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
