Administrator Required – Permanent Opportunity in Trearddur Bay

Royalty Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey, who are looking to appoint a professional and organised Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office experience who enjoys working in a structured, professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications as part of their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

Providing general administrative support to the office team
Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
Responding to emails and maintaining organised inbox systems
Preparing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Updating and maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments where required
Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office tasks
Ensuring a professional and welcoming approach when dealing with clients and visitors
Assisting with general office organisation and workflow

Essential Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

Previous administration or office-based experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
An excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
A professional and reliable approach to work
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience working in a busy office environment
Experience handling customer enquiries
Familiarity with digital filing systems or internal office software
Welsh Language Skills are not essential for this role
